CNC Production SupervisorJob Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of CNC operators and machinists to ensure smooth daily operations and production efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize CNC milling machine performance to achieve production targets and KPI requirements.
• Ensure all machining activities comply with quality standards, engineering specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections on finished products to ensure accuracy, consistency, and product quality.
• Identify and resolve production or quality issues promptly to minimize downtime and wastage.
• Plan and coordinate manpower allocation effectively to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
• Provide onboarding, technical training, and continuous skill development programs for operators and machinists.
• Monitor employee performance and support workforce development initiatives.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and liaise with maintenance teams for machine troubleshooting and major repairs.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety practices, including regular safety inspections and compliance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and 5S implementation within the production floor.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for raw materials, tooling, and production consumables.
• Prepare production reports and update management on operational performance when required.
• Support any additional tasks or assignments assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
