Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Retail Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of retail stores to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing area managers and store staff, optimizing sales, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing strategies to improve performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve operation objectives.
• Driving KPI's & profitability.
• Work closely with area managers.
• Coach sales team in driving the business.
• Support store expansion plans.
• Business analysis & presentations.
• People management & development.
• Liaising with key department for business improvement strategies.
• Implement strategic marketing plans.
• Regular store visits in the region.

• Leadership and decision-making ability.
