Job Summary
The MIS Executive/Assistant (CCTV Specialist) is responsible for managing, maintaining, and monitoring the company’s CCTV systems across all outlets and facilities under the Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus brand. This role ensures proper surveillance operations, system functionality, and data integrity to support operational monitoring, safety, and loss prevention across restaurant outlets and headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
1. CCTV System Management
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems across all restaurant outlets and office premises.
- Monitor CCTV systems to ensure continuous operation and proper recording functionality.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of surveillance equipment.
2. Technical Support
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to CCTV systems, cameras, recording devices, and network connectivity.
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for repairs, upgrades, or system installations.
- Support outlet teams in resolving minor technical issues related to surveillance equipment.
3. System Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper documentation of CCTV installations, configurations, and maintenance records.
- Prepare periodic reports on system performance, incidents, and improvement recommendations.
- Ensure CCTV systems comply with company policies and operational requirements.
4. Outlet Support & Expansion
- Assist in CCTV setup for new outlet openings, renovations, or relocations.
- Ensure all outlets follow the company’s standard CCTV placement and coverage guidelines.
- Provide basic training to outlet personnel on CCTV usage and reporting procedures.
5. MIS & IT Support
- Assist the MIS/IT team in basic IT support when required (network, hardware, or system troubleshooting).
- Support implementation of technology solutions across outlets.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in CCTV system installation, monitoring, or IT support.
- Experience in CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and basic networking.
- Knowledge of security systems, surveillance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with remote monitoring systems and data storage management.
- Willing to travel to outlets for installation, inspection, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling multi-branch retail or F&B outlets CCTV systems.
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and system integration.
- Certification in IT, networking, or surveillance systems is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
