We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Legal Associate to join our Banking Litigation team.

Position: Banking Litigation Lawyer / Legal Associate

Job Scope:

• Handle banking matters focusing on foreclosure and civil litigation matters
• Draft cause papers, submissions, and legal opinions
• Attend court proceedings and case managements
• Conduct legal research and prepare litigation strategy
• Liaise with clients, courts, and relevant authorities
• Manage debt recovery and enforcement matters

Requirements:

• Called to the Bar in Malaysia
• 1 years experience in banking litigation preferred
• Good drafting and research skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
