Job Responsibilities;

• Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Group Property Division, including leasing, property management, student accommodations, and real estate acquisition and disposal.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams across various sectors within the division, ensuring smooth coordination and high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and best practices to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence.
• Manage leasing activities including tenant sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for both residential and commercial properties.
• Oversee student accommodation management, ensuring optimal occupancy rates, maintenance, and student satisfaction.
• Facilitate the acquisition and sale of properties to support the group’s business expansion, particularly in the education sector.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations across all property-related matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, agents, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and reporting for all properties under management.
• Identify opportunities for growth, operational improvements, and value creation within the property portfolio.

Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record (8+ years) in real estate operations, property management, and leasing - with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of property laws, leasing practices, property transactions, and facility management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across different locations.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capability.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results.
