Job Description:

• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational and production issues effectively.
• Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and achieve production targets.
• Plan and monitor project costing, budgeting, and production timelines.
• Conduct research and implement new knowledge, technologies, and process improvements.
• Oversee the design and improvement of processes, materials, tools, manpower planning, and systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate audits, MRB activities, machine maintenance, and corrective actions.
• Monitor production performance, quality standards, and compliance with company procedures.
• Provide guidance, training, and leadership to subordinates and production teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership and supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
