Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to promote services and packages
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and CRM platforms
- Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings or sales
- Conduct live sessions (TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to engage audience and generate leads
- Present services, pricing, and promotions clearly during live sessions
- Update and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Assist in campaign planning and execution
- Collect customer feedback and report insights for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing team on scripts, content, and campaigns
- Support cross-department tasks when required
Technical Competencies
- Telemarketing & sales closing techniques
- Live hosting platforms (TikTok Live, Facebook Live, IG Live)
- WhatsApp & email marketing tools (e.g., AiSensy, Brevo)
- Social media engagement (replying DM, comments, lead handling)
- Basic video content creation/editing (e.g., CapCut, Canva)
- Basic understanding of healthcare / clinic services (added value)
- CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM)
- Call handling system (e.g., 3CX)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
