Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to assist & execute all relevant procurement and administrative tasks
• Ensure all goods or services are purchased according to Company Procurement Policy & Procedure
• Sourcing Suppliers & negotiate prices, warranties, payments, delivery term & etc with Suppliers
• Compare & evaluate offers from Suppliers
• To conduct new supplier research to meet company demand
• To conduct suppliers’ performance evaluations for ISO audit compliance
• To assist monitor Paper Stock Inventory for printing
• Data entry for Paper Stock In & Out and transfer stocks to printers
• To monitor deliveries and to expediate deliveries to meet the deadlines as per required
• To identify cost-saving opportunities for Company cost reduction plan
• To handle and coordinate credit management
• To perform any ad hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any related field
• 1 to 2 years working experience in similar field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with the Printing and Paper industries will prioritized.
• Possess good negotiation, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Selected candidate is required to work at Wisma Pelangi in Bandar Baru Bangi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
