Responsibilities:

• Fire protection technicians install and maintain fire protection equipment, such as fire extinguishers, fire alarms, fire detection systems, or sprinkler systems in facilities to ensure compliance to safety standards and protection from fire hazards.
• Inspect the equipment to ensure its functionality, and perform repairs.
• Servicing and maintaining fire safety and protections systems
• Act as a front-line fire fighting technician

Qualification

• Diploma in Fire Science, Mechanical Engineering, or any technical discipline.
• Certified Firefighter (Level 1 or 2) from a recognized Fire Academy or BOMBA Malaysia.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Fire Safety in Petrochemical, Oleochemical, or heavy Chemical processing plant.
• 2 - 5 years experienced in fire equipment maintenance and servicing & Fire Protection Services (Government / Private Sector)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
