Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Admission Assistant role is responsible to execute tasks assigned by Team Lead / Supervisors on daily admission operations. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences. You will have the basis ability to communicate, interact and educate the guests by exhibiting your professionalism.
Scope and Responsibilities:
· Conduct survey to find out guest's satisfaction with our Themepark.
· Ensuring queue poles are organized at The Beginning area of Park.
· To provide excellent customer service to guests at respective counters.
· Works towards Department and Company goals. Presents ideas for continuous improvement.
· To provide support for other sections within the Park Operations Division whenever required.
· Focus on Guest Obsession, daily KPI to achieve its group target.
· Performs related work as deemed necessary or required.
Background and Experience:
· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
· Graduates of high school or other equivalent level of education.
· Adventurous and able to execute multi task and programs.
· Self-motivated and a team player.
· Excellent communication skills.
Additional Information:
· Malaysian.
· Fully vaccinated.
· Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends to support park operations.
