Position : Sales Specialist

Salary : RM 3,500 – RM 5,000

Location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong

Working Days : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri

Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to serve as a key customer-facing representative, responsible for driving sales growth through relationship building, solution selling, and pipeline management. This role focuses on understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring strong business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits (individually or with team support when required)
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to support deal closure
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market engagement
• Manage and follow up on sales pipeline, approvals, and payment collections to ensure smooth transaction flow
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate and timely technical and commercial proposals
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts, and report updates to management
• Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and sales effectiveness
• Support additional sales and business development activities as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 1–2 years of sales experience with proven ability in client relationship management and deal closure
• Experience in System Integration (SI) or POS industry is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
• Strong analytical thinking with a customer-focused mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
