Position : Business Development (Software Solutions)

Salary Range : RM 5,000 – RM 7,000

Working Location : 8trium, Bandar Sri Damansara

Working Hours : 10am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, social media, and market research.
• Drive sales growth by executing effective business development strategies and achieving revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their software and IT requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, contracts, and respond to RFPs/tenders.
• Work closely with internal technical and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company in meetings, industry events, and client engagements, including occasional travel.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in software or IT solutions.
• Strong experience in handling RFPs, tenders, proposals, and solution selling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
• Proficient in English; ability to speak Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
