Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)
Basic Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,400 + Allowances
Location : PJ Trade, Damansara Perdana
Working Hours : 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri) **Follow Singapore working calendar
Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk (System Administrator) to provide first-level technical support and assist in maintaining smooth IT operations across the organization. This role combines helpdesk support with basic system administration, ensuring users receive timely assistance and systems remain stable and secure.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and business applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel when required
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, procedures, and best practices
- Perform basic system administration tasks and routine maintenance activities
- Support IT asset tracking and inventory management when needed
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and general IT troubleshooting
- Understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Familiarity with server systems, Linux, or macOS is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate within a team environment

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
