JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall daily QC and production operations.
- To assist the Management to meet daily productivity.
- To maintain good cleanliness of production zone.
- Assist in leading the Halal Inspectors, Suppliers Inspectors when required.
- Monitor operators and ensure that they meet company requirements & standards in food handling.
- In-charge of monthly stock check & submit report to the Management.
- Monitoring production run smoothly according to plan in order to meet targeted output and quality specification.
- Assist in On Job Training (OJT) for department staffs.
- To report findings of non-compliance and improvement areas to the Management.
- To be responsible to maintain all production and QC records.
- To perform any other jobs which assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Min Diploma in Food Science / Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- At least 2year of working experience in QC or Production department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
