Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing production machinery and factory facilities to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on factory machinery and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Assist supervisors in project enhancement and improvement initiatives for production processes.
• Ensure accurate reporting and data collection for breakdowns and maintenance records.
• Repair or replace faulty components and equipment when necessary.
• Carry out facility maintenance and ensure a safe, well-maintained working environment.
• Support ad hoc technical or handy work tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work on-site in Alor Setar, Kedah.
• Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with technical background are encouraged to apply).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
