Senior Java Programmer

Job Description
Analysis, design and software development for banking and financial systems.
Lead product development and project implementation team.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
Assist in software functionality enhancement and technical solutioning.
Communicate effectively with business users and project managers.
Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Train and guide team members on Java application development, coding standards, user experience and interface.
Develop technical specifications and system architecture.
Contribute to system performance tuning and optimization.
Provide solutions related to security vulnerabilities and penetration issues.
Research and adopt new technologies quickly.

Qualifications & Related Experience
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
Hands-on experience in Java web application development using multi-tier architecture and object-oriented programming.
Strong knowledge in Java technologies and frameworks.
