• Assist in programming and teaching robotic welding systems for production use.
• Set up welding jigs, fixtures, and adjust robot arm movements to ensure accurate weld positioning.
• Perform weld quality inspections and support troubleshooting of welding defects.
• Learn and support robotic welding programming directly under the guidance of the Production Engineer.
• Prepare laser cutting nests using CAD drawings for sheet metal and structural components.
• Optimize material usage to reduce scrap and maintain efficient cutting schedules.
• Support production planning and material optimization for laser operations.
• Coordinate with fabrication and welding teams to ensure correct parts are prepared and delivered on time.
• Verify laser-cut and welded parts before production runs to ensure compliance with technical drawings.
• Measure and inspect first-piece samples from laser cutting and robotic welding processes.
• Ensure all fabricated parts meet dimensional and quality requirements before full production continues.

Job Requirements

• Open to any Engineering degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical, etc.).
• Willingness to learn CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Interest in automation, robotics, and shop‑floor processes.
• Comfortable working in a fabrication environment and able to communicate with welders and fabricators.
