Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing daily production line operations to ensure smooth workflow, productivity, and product quality. This role focuses on managing operators, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety requirements.

The Production Line Leader will coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production targets are achieved while promoting teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement on the production floor.

Job Requirements:

1. Education Background (Degree & Major Requirements):

Background in electronics or related fields is preferred, minimum SPM / high school or above

2. Training Experience:

Trained in production management and teamwork, 7S, ESD, ISO9001, QC080000, ISO14001, Safety Awareness, and other related areas.

3. Work Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in production line operations

Familiar with manufacturing workflows and processes

Skills & Competencies:

Strong data awareness and basic analytical skills, positive attitude with willingness to learn and improve

Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Good coordination and leadership skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
