We are looking for engaging individuals with a genuine passion for inspiring support for humanitarian efforts. As part of an international initiative to protect people forced to flee, we’re seeking highly motivated individuals to join our fundraising team and make an impact.

In this contract role, you will promote and raise funds for critical humanitarian work in Malaysia and worldwide – supporting families forced to flee conflict, war, and violence. The organization delivers lifesaving assistance such as food, shelter, water, and essential items; safeguards fundamental rights; and provides long‑term support including access to education, skills training, and livelihood opportunities. These interventions help displaced families rebuild their futures with safety, dignity, and renewed hope.

This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

• Competitive base salary: RM2,300 – RM2,500
• Monthly potential earnings with commissions: RM3,000 – RM4,000 per month

What You'll be Doing :

• Engage with the public to share humanitarian work and impact
• Promote fundraising initiatives and encourage monthly donor sign-ups
• Work closely with the wider team to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and best practices
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold a professional image

What We're Looking For :

• Experience in sales, customer service or fundraising is an added advantage – however fresh graduates are welcome!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaking to people
• Genuine passion for humanitarian work
• Good organisational habits and reliability
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and road trips
