Main Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide menus and explain food and beverage selections to customers.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure orders are properly communicated to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages according to the company’s service standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.
• Clean tables and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area at all times.
• Assist in table setup and preparation before and after operating hours.
• Handle customer payments and operate the POS system when required.
• Assist in arranging and preparing equipment at various locations during major events involving staff members and VVIP guests.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and event execution.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and company standard operating procedures (SOP).

Qualifications & Skills

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, responsible, and well-groomed personality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
