Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Ensuring finished goods meeting to customer requirements.
2. Preparation of inspection and test report in timely manner.
3. To identify materials or finished goods with inspection status.
4. Liaison with production supervisor / shift leader on quality related problems.
5. To report to superior on potential quality problem that might occur.
6. Coordination of quality control activities for specific section.
7. To ensure all incoming and outgoing reports to customers and sub-cons being carried out.
8. To ensure production process follow to standard operating procedures
9. Responsible for all products' safety and quality.
10.Ensuring that the Quality System ISO 9001: 2015 is maintained and carried out.
Academic qualification
1. Preferably Diploma or Degree in manufacturing or in related discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience
1. Minimum 3 years working experience in QC
1. Must be able to use normal checking equipment’s such as caliper and micrometer.
2. Must be able to understand engineering drawing.
3. ISO 9001: 2015 knowledge will be an advantage.
4. Passion for learning and dissemination.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
