• Prospecting & Growing clients in the social commerce market;
• Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients;
• Track prospects - identify decision-makers, specific qualifications, the best solution that company can offer - to specific client’s need;
• Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
• Target and successfully achieve sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by management;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the sales director.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
• Monitoring sales performance.
• Analyzing market behavior and customer activities to identify business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers
• Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
• Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.

Requirements :

Educational-background: Diploma/ Degree or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Work Experience: Full-time Minimum of 1-2 years sales and logistic experience is highly preferred.

• Monday to Friday
• 9.00am to 5.30pm
