Why this role? Data is the heart of HR. As our Workforce Data Senior Analyst, you will manage the digital lifecycle of our employees across the APAC region. This role puts you at the center of HR technology, giving you deep exposure to Workday HCM and data-driven decision-making.

Your Key Impact:

• Data Architect: Manage and maintain the integrity of employee lifecycle data (Hiring, Transfers, Promotions, Terminations) in the HCM system.
• System Expert: Serve as the functional expert for Workday and case management tools (ServiceNow).
• Audit & Quality: Perform regular data audits to ensure global compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Project Support: Support regional HR transformation projects and drive automation in workforce administration.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in HR Data Administration or Workforce Management, preferably in a Shared Services (GBS) environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with Workday HCM is highly preferred.
• Detail-Oriented: A passion for data accuracy and the ability to spot errors in complex datasets.
• Communication: Strong English proficiency for coordinating with regional HR Business Partners.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
