Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Executive to manage and support our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in IT support, network administration, and cybersecurity who can ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and security tools
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 environment and Active Directory services
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, and connectivity issues
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and cybersecurity best practices
• Perform data backup, recovery, and ensure data integrity and protection
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems
• Assist in system upgrades, IT projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when necessary

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, and user account management
• Experience in managing and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, routers, and network devices
• Familiar with data backup solutions and security protocols
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
