Responsibilities
1) Key Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong collaboration and satisfaction while driving sales performance.
2) Promotion Planning:
- Promotion Planning & business review with key accounts to ensure allign with company objectives.
- Well manage on allocated sales budget to ensure efficient usage of resources
3) Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful connections with key stakeholders, both at HQ and retail levels, to strengthen partnerships and foster loyalty.
4) Sales Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless execution of client campaigns and promotions.
5) Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze sales performance, account metrics, and market trends to recommend improvement strategies.
- Responsible & accountable for sales growth targets, profitability, managing total trade spend within allowable limits with every key accounts
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to identify the gaps
6) Market Insights: Stay ahead of market dynamics and competitor activities to seize new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
7) Credit Management: Oversee credit terms and payment collections, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances.
Trade visit : Check & audit in-store execution at outlets level
8) Ad-hoc Projects: Take on special projects and assignments to support the team and company goals.
Requirements:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
