Job Description:

• Developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal/project requirements in Primavera P6 software & MS Project.
• Assist in updating and modifying schedules based on revising work sequences.
• Updating and preparing weekly and monthly progress reports for clients.
• Ensure proper documentation & filling out the submission of submittals.
• Extract information from Drawings and Bill of Quantities to produce activity productivity, activity sequencing, resource charts and S-curves.
• Prepare database for progress monitoring which are highly automated and user-friendly with abundant use of formulae and conditional formatting
• Monitor and propose mitigation for KPIs and lookahead.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, professional degree, engineering (civil), or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of working experience in a related field is required, with at least 8 years in planning.
• Experienced in working with project management consultancies (PMC)
• Good knowledge of the construction methodologies in civil / Construction / structural engineering
• Solar project experience is preferred.
• Experienced in the operating Primavera P6 software
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team atmosphere

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
