Open Position: Network Engineering Technical Expert

A leading technology-driven organization is currently looking for an experienced Fiber Engineering Team Lead to join their growing team in Selangor.

This role will be responsible for leading engineering operations, managing project delivery, and supporting team development within large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day engineering operations and project execution activities
• Support strategic planning, operational objectives, and resource forecasting to ensure smooth project delivery
• Mentor and guide engineering team members while monitoring team progress and performance development
• Oversee project delivery from planning through completion while ensuring quality, efficiency, and timeline expectations are achieved
• Coordinate task assignments, monitor risks, and ensure proper escalation and mitigation processes are in place
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to maintain strong working relationships and effective communication
• Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support team motivation, collaboration, and innovation to improve overall productivity and delivery quality
• Ensure assigned projects and deliverables are completed within required timelines and quality standards

Requirements:

• 6–9 years of experience in engineering, infrastructure delivery, or technical project environments
• Prior experience leading teams, coordinating project activities, or supervising technical operations
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with engineering design systems, mapping platforms, or related technical tools is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
