DeWonder Travel is looking for a Customer Support & Operation Executive to support travelers across Asia through personalized service, booking coordination, and customer engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
REQUIREMENTS
2–8 years experience in customer support / hospitality / travel industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to work in fast-paced and customer-focused environment
Comfortable using CRM systems & messaging platforms
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English & Cantonese
Mandarin is an added advantage
WORKING SCHEDULE
Sunday: 9AM – 6PM
Monday – Thursday: 2PM – 10PM
Friday & Saturday: Off Day
Must be comfortable working shifts, weekends & supporting customer enquiries outside standard office hours when required.
