Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

• Plan, develop, and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Perform Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification.
• Ensure all validation activities comply with SOP.
• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products.
• Optimize production parameters (yield, cycle time, cost, and efficiency)
• Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions
• Support product introduction from R&D to commercial production
• Ensure smooth tech transfer from development to manufacturing site
• Monitor product performance throughout lifecycle (stability, consistency)
• Provide engineering support during production runs.
• Investigate production issues (deviations, OOS, batch failures)
• Support validation activities (process validation, cleaning validation)
• Lead or support Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma projects.
• Analyze process data using statistical tools.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and scale-up activities.
• Analyze and monitor manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Prepare validation reports, deviation reports, and change control documentation.
• Liaise with Production, QA Engineering, and R&D teams on process improvements.
• Provide technical support for equipment troubleshooting and process performance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of validation activities and ensure compliance with SOP.

To be successful for the role:

• Bachelor of Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years and above of working experience in process validation in Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with process improvement projects and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of process validation methodologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
