JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinated with client for project-to-project basis.
- Assist on attend site Meeting
- Assist on project paperwork.
- Able to handle documentation.
- Monitoring project status and project schedules.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Other responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.
REQUIREMENT:
- Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Able to work in pressure.
- Able to work in initiative.
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem.
- Able to work at the office and construction site.
- Able to meet deadline.
- Mandarin speaking, "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
