JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Liaising and coordinate with project coordinator / consultant to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
• Work closely with project coordinator to integrate subcontractor programs into the master plan schedule.
• Collecting structural materials required for designs.
• Calculating dimensions, weight limitations, and measurements for designs.
• Drafting designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software Sketch Up.
• Creating diagrams and layouts to illustrate the workflow of designs.
• Adjusting drawings according to the feedback.
• Ensuring designs comply with company regulations and quality standards.
• Setting up drawing formats and configuration files.
• Other responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.

REQUIREMENT:

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the construction field is required for this position.
• Excellent knowledge and skills in AutoCAD and Sketch Up
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem.
• Able to work at the office and construction site.
• Able to meet deadline.
