Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned public areas, restrooms, function rooms, and back-of-house areas are clean and well maintained
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of pantries and storage areas
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and ensure proper usage at all times
• Ensure all public areas meet hotel hygiene, safety, and presentation standards
• Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping team leaders and other departments
• Support environmental and sustainability initiatives through proper waste management and energy conservation
  
  

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or public area cleaning experience in a hotel environment preferred
• Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Honest, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
