Responsibilities
As the lead for event operations, you will drive business growth by turning enquiries into exceptional experiences. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of event sales and execution—from the first walkthrough to post-event wrap-ups—ensuring every booking maximizes the potential of our space.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversion: Rapidly respond to leads, conduct persuasive site visits, negotiate terms, and secure bookings through accurate quotes and agreements.
Event Execution: Orchestrate seamless logistics. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage setup, on-site support, and teardown.
Operational Excellence: Maintain precise schedules and client records. Streamline administrative processes and documentation to ensure high accountability and efficiency.
Growth & Engagement: Build lasting client relationships to foster repeat business. Lead internal workshops and community events that align with company initiatives.
Proactive Strategy: Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and solve operational bottlenecks within a collaborative, small-team setting.

Experience: A background in events, hospitality, or venue operations.
Communication: Sharp negotiation skills and the ability to engage diverse clients.
