About our company
NOVELA is Singapore's first multi-brand premium beauty retail store established in 2012. We focus on the integration of international hidden gems and cult favorite products aimed at providing consumers with a premium shopping experience at all retail stores islandwide. At present, we have 7 retail stores in the following locations:
Beauty Advisor / Senior Beauty Advisor
Working hours: 5 days work week/ 44 hours
Outlets: Novena Velocity, Bugis Plus, Tampines 1, PLQ, IMM, Yuehwa and Waterway point
Job Description
Recognize sale opportunities and be able to capitalize on upselling/ cross-presentation of items or services at the point of service.
Contributes to achieving store goals in sales and service
Participate on managing deliveries (unpacking, preparing, re-shelving or storing stock)
Explaining the value and benefit of the Brand Membership to customers
Engages customers in conversation and establish a connection to understand their needs
Deliver premium retail experience by offering excellent after sales service/follow up
Cultivate customer relationships to stimulate word of mouth and grow client database
Demonstrate good product knowledge across a variety of brands
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Store in Charge / Store Manager
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year retail experience
Passionate about beauty and retail industry
Excellent customer service and sales driven
Good team player with a positive personality
