Company Overview:
We are a growing company focused on expanding our digital presence across leading e-commerce platforms. Our mission is to deliver quality products and seamless online shopping experiences to customers. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Online Sales Executive to join our team and support our day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales across online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
- Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies
- Upload and maintain product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing
- Ensure accuracy of product information and stock availability
- Process orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely delivery
- Track shipment status and resolve any delivery-related issues
- Respond to customer enquiries via chat and email platforms
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and feedback professionally
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
- Prepare basic sales reports and track performance metrics
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment and product updates
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales
- Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or similar platforms and its Sponsored Ads
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Sales-driven mindset with analytical thinking
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
