Time Type: Full Time
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for multi-shuttle, conveyors, pallet lifters, and automation equipment.
- Supervise and guide automation technicians in daily maintenance and breakdown recovery.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting using PLC, HMI, drives, sensors, and diagnostic software.
- Act as escalation point for major system faults, shuttle jams, and automation failures.
- Support PLC programs, control panels, safety circuits, and minor software modifications.
- Coordinate with automation vendors and system integrators for technical support and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, LOTO, and approved SOPs.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records, fault reports, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and recurring faults.
