Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for a technically capable F&B Specialist to support and manage restaurant technology systems within a fast-paced operations environment. This role focuses on supporting POS systems, eMenu platforms, and related F&B operational applications to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong understanding of restaurant operations together with hands-on technical experience supporting F&B systems, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with vendors and business users.


Key Responsibilities

F&B Systems Support

  • Support and maintain F&B operational systems including POS, eMenu, ordering, and payment platforms
  • Monitor system performance and ensure operational availability across restaurant outlets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, connectivity, and application-related issues
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on issue resolution and system enhancements

POS & eMenu Administration

  • Configure and maintain POS terminals, menus, pricing, promotions, and user access
  • Support eMenu content updates and synchronization across platforms
  • Ensure menu configurations and operational workflows are aligned with business requirements
  • Support testing and deployment of new features, patches, and system upgrades

Operational & Technical Support

  • Provide onsite and remote support for F&B operational issues
  • Support integration between POS systems and other business applications where applicable
  • Perform system health checks, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
  • Maintain proper documentation for configurations, issues, and operational procedures

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with restaurant operations, finance, vendors, and IT teams
  • Gather business requirements and support process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in user training and operational support activities


Requirements

Experience

  • Experience supporting F&B systems, restaurant technology, or hospitality applications
  • Hands-on exposure to POS systems and eMenu platforms
  • Experience in troubleshooting application and operational issues within restaurant environments

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operational workflows
  • Familiarity with eMenu platforms, payment systems, and order management systems
  • Basic understanding of networking, system connectivity, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and third-party support teams

Soft Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Able to work in fast-paced operational environments
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to support after-office-hours operational issues when required

Good to Have

  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, or restaurant operations environments
  • Exposure to system integration or application support
  • Familiarity with ITIL or incident management processes
  • Experience supporting multi-outlet operations preferred
