Responsibilities
Implement and manage food safety programmes (HACCP & ISO 22000) across Central Kitchen and outlets (local & overseas)
Conduct staff training on SOPs, food hygiene, and proper food handling practices
Support QA testing activities and new product development initiatives
Perform routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards
Investigate customer and operational feedback, and recommend corrective actions
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs across all operational sites
Liaise with vendors and contractors on maintenance and food safety compliance matters
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance food safety and quality standards
Requirements
Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field
Minimum 3 years of QA experience in F&B (e.g., central kitchen, manufacturing, inspection)
Basic knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 standards
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven with strong initiative
