Key Responsibilities:
Account onboarding & client support
Transaction & wallet screening
OCDD / compliance-related tasks
Payment scheduling & beneficiary management
Cross-regional operational support
Requirements:
️ Fluent in English & Simplified Mandarin
️ Good communication & problem-solving skills
️ 1 year experience in customer support / operations is an advantage
️ Overseas study/work exposure is a plus
