Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual marketing plans, activities calendar, and budget
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and channel selection to enhance brand awareness and equity
- Ensure high-quality, consistent, and impactful communication across all platforms
- Lead conceptualisation and creative development of marketing materials
- Oversee corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to strengthen brand reputation and customer loyalty
- Identify and evaluate new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Manage strategic partnerships and co-branding initiatives
- Oversee lead distribution and ensure alignment with internal teams
- Develop and enhance CRM programs for effective customer engagement
- Support business operations with marketing materials, presentations, events, and logistics
- Analyse campaign performance, ROI, and conversion metrics; prepare reports and insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing or corporate communications
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute independently
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proactive in developing new strategies to achieve KPIs
- Experience in digital/content marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Proficient in relevant computer software and marketing tools
