Role Description
[For Malaysians Only] This is a full-time hybrid role for an Admin and Finance Executive based in Kota Damansara, with some opportunities for remote work from home.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full-Cycle AR/AP Management: Taking full ownership of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring all invoices are issued accurately and recorded promptly.
- Revenue Collection: Proactively manage collections to ensure healthy cash flow, maintaining professional and firm relationships with clients.
- Disbursement & Payouts: Facilitate timely payments to external partners and coaches, ensuring our core delivery team is well-supported.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous books and accounting records to provide a transparent view of the company’s financial health.
- Cash Flow Strategy: Monitor and prepare cash position projections to ensure the company is well-capitalized for upcoming programs and expansion.
The role also involves performing administrative tasks, providing support for various office operations,
such as:
- Coordinate and prepare programs, i.e., preparation of workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, etc
- Liaise with suppliers
- Manage vendor registration, government submissions, and tender document preparation
Qualifications
- Strong competence in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Proficient in Finance and Analytical Skills to assist with budgeting and decision-making
- Experience with Tax and eInvoice compliance and related processes
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel for cash flow modelling)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-2 years of prior experience in finance roles is an advantage
