Job Responsibilities
SAP Application Oversight
- Manage SAP systems including ECC6 and/or S/4HANA, covering key modules such as FICO (core), and others (e.g. MM, PS, SD, PM, JVA where applicable).
- Coordinate SAP configuration changes, transports, testing, and release cycles.
- Support SAP-related statutory, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Work with business users and vendors on SAP enhancements and process improvements.
Non-SAP Application Management
- Manage non-SAP enterprise applications such as:
-Financial, HR, payroll, procurement, or reporting systems.
-Workflow / document management (e.g. e-forms, digital signature)
-Operational or industry-specific systems
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Drive application rationalization, standardization, and modernization initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend new applications or SaaS solutions to meet business needs.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong functional knowledge in SAP modules such as FICO (mandatory), MM/PS/PM/JVA (preferred).
- Good understanding of SAP authorization concepts, transports, and system landscapes (DEV/QAS/PRD).
- Familiarity with SAP integration, reporting, and statutory/localization requirements.
- Exposure to SAP cloud solutions (S/HANA Public/Private Cloud) is an advantage.
Requirement
- Minimum 8-10 years of IT experience in enterprise application environments.
- At least 4-5 years in an application management or leadership role.
- Strong experience managing both SAP and non-SAP business applications.
- Proven experience working with vendors, AMS providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Exposure to multi-entity, multi-country, or regulated environments is preferred.
- Willingness to work outside of normal business hours.
- Willingness to travel.
