We’re Hiring: Associate Managed Services (Mandarin Speaker) | Kuala Lumpur SDC

Join our growing team and play a key role in supporting global mobility operations for international and domestic employee movements.

As an Associate Managed Services professional, you will:

• Support employees on assignments, relocations, and business travel

• Serve as the main point of contact for mobility-related queries

• Coordinate with clients, HR teams, and third-party providers

• Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, labor, and PWD regulations

• Manage operational processes, reporting, and employee support services

• Handle high-volume communications while delivering excellent employee experience

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and customer service mindset

• Experience in mobility, operations, or customer support is an advantage
