Responsibilities
We are looking for 1st Level IT Helpdesk Personnel to provide onsite technical support at our office in Setia Alam. The role involves handling end-user issues, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-user support requests related to hardware, software, and basic network issues
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve technical issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and standard applications
Provide user account support (e.g., password resets, access issues)
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams
Ensure timely response and resolution in line with agreed SLAs
Maintain proper documentation and update support tickets accordingly
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
