Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The individual will be responsible for training and guiding new and existing employees within the Cabin Handling department. This includes delivering job-specific, regulatory, and safety training, ensuring equipment maintenance, and overseeing compliance with industry standards. The role also involves performance monitoring, accident investigations, and supporting operational audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Knowledge Transfer: Deliver and assess training programs for new and existing employees, focusing on operational tasks, safety regulations, and industry updates.
Equipment Maintenance & Performance: Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate new tools to enhance operations.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Assist with airline audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Record Management & Monitoring: Track and update training records, monitor staff performance, and conduct refresher courses and re-training as needed.
Incident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate aircraft accidents, delays, and safety incidents, providing recommendations for operational improvements.
Cross-Functional Support: Conduct cross-training for other departments, perform ramp audits, and assist with compliance checks across operations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Valid Singapore Class 5 license
Train-the-Trainer certification
Demonstrate ability to work in a multicultural, multiethnic environment and maintain effective working relations with people of different national and cultural backgrounds
Strong facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Quick learner with adaptability to systems and standards
Ability to work on teams, work at detailed level and understand the larger picture
Good oral and written communication skills
