We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our LCL-based ordering and consolidation operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely stock replenishment while balancing MOQ requirements and shipment efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage LCL orders based on demand, MOQ constraints, shipment cut-off dates, and forecasts.
• Coordinate closely with consolidation agents on order status, shipment arrangements, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and track LCL shipments, including ETD/ETA, and proactively flag potential delays or risks.
• Provide timely updates to buyers on SKU replenishment status, stock-out risks, and shipment progress.
• Maintain and update LCL shipment tracking reports to ensure clear visibility for internal stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic exposure to 3PL partners and international vendors is an advantage.
• Understanding of customs procedures and HS code classification.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics tracking platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
