Key Responsibilities

Leasing Operations

• Execute leasing activities for retail, office, or commercial spaces as assigned.

• Identify, source, and follow up with prospective tenants.

• Conduct site viewings and present leasing proposals to potential tenants.

• Assist in negotiation of rental rates, commercial terms, and tenancy conditions.

• Prepare Letters of Offer (LO), leasing proposals, and tenancy documentation for approval.

Tenant Management

• Maintain professional relationships with existing tenants.

• Monitor tenancy expiry schedules and support renewal discussions.

• Liaise with tenants on handover, fit-out guidelines, and commencement matters.

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth tenancy setup.

Documentation & Administration

• Ensure all leasing documents are properly prepared, executed, and filed.

• Maintain accurate tenant records, leasing databases, and rental schedules.

• Update leasing trackers and reports on occupancy, renewals, and pipeline status.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and leasing guidelines.

Financial & Reporting Support

• Assist in rental billing setup, deposits, and handover documentation.

• Monitor agreed commercial terms to ensure accuracy in billing and records.

•Support preparation of leasing performance reports and market comparisons.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). •

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in retail or commercial property leasing.

• Basic understanding of tenancy agreements and commercial terms.
