About us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the development and

management of in-house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements,

Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance, and Confectionery. Our primary sales

channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth

platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for our products across e-commerce platforms.

• Manage content calendars and coordinate product listings, promotions, and livestream schedules for TikTok Shop.

• Work closely with design and content team to develop engaging visual and video content for digital platforms.

• Monitor marketing performance metrics (e.g. engagement, conversions, ROI) and prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign success.

• Collaborate with the e-commerce, operations, and livestream teams to align marketing plans with sales and inventory cycles.

• Assist in brand building initiatives, influencer outreach, and community engagement

• Own the brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all channels – including product packaging, social media, ads and livestreams.

• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform product and campaign direction.

• Support cross-functional initiatives and other tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content creation preferred (Fresh Graduates and welcome to apply)

• Strong interest and understanding of TikTok, livestream commerce, and e-commerce marketing.

• Creative, data-driven, and detail oriented.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Canva, or basic video editing tools.
