About the Role:


We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and business development in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in healthcare devices or technically complex product sales, specifically in areas like Patient Monitoring Systems / X-Ray (CR/DR) / ultrasound or RIS/PACS systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets. Build and maintain a strong sales funnel for new business opportunities.
  • Independently negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Drive consistent sales performance, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Monitor and report month-on-month (MOM) sales performance.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners/distributors.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to partners for enhanced performance.
  • Assist in developing annual sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals.


Qualifications:

  • A degree in science or biomedical engineering (or equivalent).
  • Proven 3–4 years of sales experience in critical care, medical devices, or pharma industries.
  • Hands-on experience with concept selling and technically complex products.
  • Strong negotiation and business development skills.
