As a rapidly growing organisation, it prioritises finding and retaining top talent and is committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive and dynamic working environment.

Role Overview

You will ensure customer satisfaction, drive continuous improvements in service delivery, and maintain operational and financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between the organisation and clients on design, operational and financial matters.
  • Take full ownership of project profit and loss (P&L).
  • Produce accurate monthly internal financial reports for senior management.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary financial documentation associated with each project.
  • Compile monthly client reports for review and sign-off.
  • Plan and coordinate design, production, material procurement and supply chain activities in line with project schedules.
  • Manage resource planning, third-party supplier coordination and preparation of project handover documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual, commercial and compliance requirements across design and production teams.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders through reports and meetings.
  • Transfer all manufacturer and project warranties to the contracts team upon project completion.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health & safety and quality assurance policies for both the organisation and the client.
  • Oversee all project deliverables to ensure alignment with the required Quality Management System.

About You

We are looking for a Project Manager with:

  • Extensive experience in telecommunications infrastructure and structured cabling deployment.
  • Strong background in project planning and coordination.
  • Flexibility to travel and attend on-site activities as required.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to absorb and manage new technical services and applications.
  • Experience handling multiple simultaneous design and production activities across multiple sites.
  • Proven leadership capability, including motivating and developing project teams.
  • Experience delivering services under formal subcontract agreements.
